AFC Whitchurch Manager's and Team Secretary's Toolkit !

All Managers - Tour games - Please let the club sec know in good time (at least two months) before your team take part so clearance can be obtained from the SWFA. The SWFA secretary is enforcing this and failure may result in clubs being suspended from league fixtures.

Everyone involved with managing or coaching a team needs to go on the Football Leaders and First Aid courses.

Please Note - Junior Managers (not minis) to confirm results to C&D Junior Sec (Robin Davies) by 5:30pm Saturdays, 9pm weekdays.

Failure to complete will result in the team not the club paying the fine.

Player Registrations - note no TRANSFERS will be allowed after 31st Dec for all C&D players.

Cup Games – It is customary for the away team to referee cup matches

Junior Managers - Availability for fixtures - Please let the club sec know if you PLAN not to fulfill a fixture BEFORE the fixtures are published. Otherwise the league regard it as a failure and may deduct points from your team. This is not referring to unexpected situations such as illness which obviously cannot be planned for.
